Klapa Resort Uluwatu , Uluwatu (Bali)

The hotel has a somewhat charming appeal, but it’s clear that maintenance is urgently needed in many areas. The rooms had a musty smell and the view was obstructed by ongoing construction, which was quite disappointing. While the service staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience felt lacking, especially given our expectations for a resort. Dining options were limited and didn’t meet our standards. Overall, the hotel has potential, but many improvements are necessary to truly provide a pleasant stay.

Our stay at the Klapa was enjoyable, but it's important to know that it’s quite remote, which could be a problem for some. The rooms were nice and spacious, though we faced issues with air conditioning. The dining was decent, but there was limited variety. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, but the lack of shade made it uncomfortably hot at times.
