Klapa Resort, Uluwatu (Bali)

The hotel has a somewhat charming appeal, but it's clear that maintenance is urgently needed in many areas. The rooms had a musty smell and the view was obstructed by ongoing construction, which was quite disappointing. While the service staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience felt lacking, especially given our expectations for a resort. Dining options were limited and didn't meet our standards. Overall, the hotel has potential, but many improvements are necessary to truly provide a pleasant stay.
